An application to support Outsourcing Solutions Division of managing vendors stock. With the key advantage of analysing usage of the customers own stock, third party suppliers stock and the use of ERIKS owned stock.
The system provides an easy to use and highly configurable tool. PARAGON also interfaces to the ERIKS Stock system to automatically create orders and invoices, and in specific instances, interfacing to the customers system.
The application also benefits from the use of portable handheld barcode readers which the store person can remotely transmit stock figures to PARAGON.
The software is designed to ensure that there are no "stock outs" by the use of reports, which will recommend minimum and maximum stock levels for automatic replenishment. Currently as of (28th April 2006) there are 54 active sites.
