The Gearbox Repair facility at ERIKS sets us apart from our competitors in industrial distribution.

• With a dedicated facilities in 35,000sq feet and craneage to 15 tonnes enabling the provision of a complete service in the care and maintenance of customers' plant and machinery.
• With the highly skilled workforce available ERIKS can provide both an emergency gearbox repairs or replace service in addition to looking after the scheduled maintenance and repairs of any make of gear box or gear motor.

• repairs will normally use original manufacturer's spares, except when these are not available, when the in-house precision machine shop will be called into play to manufacturer the necessary gears or shafts etc.
• All jobs are digitally photographed throughout the repair stages to provide a full record of traceability.
• The care and precision of a gearbox repair when added to the final testing of the finished unit enables ERIKS to offer up to a 2 year warranty.
