Gravity Rollers

Gravity rollers and Driven Rollers are available in a number of finishes. Mild steel self colour is supplied as our standard tube finish but case hardened, zinc plated, stainless steel, rubber covered, polyurethane covered, PVC sleeved, UHM, PTFE, polypropylene and aluminium can also be supplied. Specialist rollers for food processing applications and anti-static roller options are also available.

Drive rollers can be supplied with pinions attached and/or belt grooves as required. Tapered rollers are available in both gravity and driven rollers.

For particularly hardwearing roller applications we offer polyurethane roller coating where we are able to coat rollers up to 6M long and 1.5M in diameter. Polyurethane´s abrasion resistance can be up to 6 times higher than conventional rubbers and where excessive wear and tear is a problem, it is a solution we would always recommend.

Lubrication options include temperature rated grease and oil filled. Bearing options include semi-precision ball bearings, self-lubricating bushes, precision sealed for life ball bearings and stainless steel ball bearings.
