How many aerosol cans of oil, cleaner and other agents do you think you use in your plant over the course of a year's maintenance? Tens? Dozens? Hundreds? Conventional aerosol spray cans are expensive, wasteful, and environmentally unfriendly.
Instead of an aerosol-powered, single-use can, the OKS Airspray system comprises a refillable, reusable can, with an environmentally-harmless compressed air propellant. Specifically designed for everyday use in harsh environments such as industrial plants, the robust Airspray container can be used again and again, simply by refilling it from the automatic filling unit. That means no more aerosol cans going to landfill, and no more disposal costs.
Using OKS 2610 Universal Cleaner, for example, and the Airspray System rather than disposable aerosol cleaners, break-even is estimated at just 25 spray cans. From then on, you save money as well as saving the environment.
The automatic filling unit - which can be wall-mounted for convenience - is connected via a suction line to the container of OKS oil, cleaner or other agent. The Airspray reusable can is pressed into the air-tapping point to trigger the process, and the product and compressed air simultaneously fill the can. Each spray set is supplied complete with a product label providing statutory identification of dangerous products, so the can contents can be labelled for identification and safety.
The Airspray System can be used with the wide range of OKS maintenance products, shown to the right, comprising food-safe multipurpose oil, cutting oil, multi-oil, water-based parting agent for welding, machine cleaner and leak detector. A choice of valves and spray heads is provided for adapting the Airspray can to the product.
