Revolvo has the process capability of manufacturing bearings with a maximum outside diameter of over 1500 mm and bearing housings up to 1800mm outside diameter.

Our solid as apposed to the split range of bearings capability starts at 25 mm bore, plus imperial equivalents available with reduced delivery times. Revolvo employs new state of-the-art CNC grinding machines in addition to specialist cutting and finishing machines designed specifically for our operations.

Bearing production is separated into cellular based product groups, which enhances our service capability by reducing manufacturing lead times, whilst optimising manufacturing standards and responsiveness.

Our plant is also equipped with the latest CNC co-ordinate measuring machines and extensive metrology and surface measuring equipment to ensure total manufacturing consistency.
