Metal Spraying
Metal spraying is spraying hot metal on to a surface to create a coating.
When mechanical wear rather than irreparable damage is the cause of the problem - it is no problem to ERIKS. We are able to rebuild the worn area using metal spraying techniques utilising stainless steel, nickel or bronze.
Once metal sprayed, the built-up area can then be ground or machined to very fine tolerances, in order to produce a repaired component which is often better than the original.
