Single/Double Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
The rollers of single row cylindrical roller bearings with a cage, are guided between integral flanges on one of the bearing rings.
The bearing ring with integral flanges and the roller cage assembly, can be removed from the other ring.
This assists in assembly, where both rings have tight fits.
Various configurations are available.
Single row cylindrical roller bearings, have high radial load carrying capacity and high limiting speeds.
RPP Parallel Roller Bearings have machined brass cages guided on the rollers as standard. Steel, phenolic, polyamide or PEEK cages, inner or outer ring riding are also available.
Full Compliment
Full complement cylindrical roller bearings have the maximum possible number of rollers and generally a low sectional height in relation to their width, producing high capacity and the possibility of space saving designs.
However internal running conditions restrict the limiting speed as compared with the conventional caged type bearing.
