The spindle is immediately computer registered, in order to guarantee perfect traceability.

The spindle is completely disassembled, all parts are documented and carefully cleaned.

A detailed, free of charge quotation is prepared with mention of all necessary operations.

We have access to a Vapour-Blast pressure cleaning tank to Aero Industry standards in conjunction with solvent cleaning.

Before running-in, the spindle is balanced dynamically.

The spindle is reassembled, according to the manufacture´s recommendations and with the original parts.

All mechanical and electric parts are viewed and controlled.

Before dispatch, the spindles are submitted to a run-in operation and tested on a test bench. A test certificate is issued and delivered with the spindle.

The spindle is covered with an anti-corrosion product for optimal protection and carefully packed.
