The ERIKS hydraulic and pneumatic technical support team provide comprehensive specification and problem solving advice to the whole ERIKS branch network.
Selected for their knowledge and experience, there is very little that this team collectively do not know about pneumatics and hydraulics.
From simple product identification to installation and compatibility advice, the ERIKS Fluid Power Centre team ensures that no problem gets in the way of the smooth running of our customers plant and equipment.
A policy of continuous training for our support staff also ensures that ERIKS is always up to speed with the latest new products and techniques.
Field Based Support
The very nature of fluid power equipment often means that it is either working in harsh operating conditions, in remote locations or in intensive high-speed manufacturing and processing environments.
In each instance it is essential that an expert be able to visit a site to help specify a solution or provide technical advice.
For this reason there are over 30 dedicated ERIKS pneumatic, hydraulic and filtration sales engineers on hand, all time served specialists from within the industry.
