Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems and industrial fans and blowers are an Bearings solutions for HVACintegral part of many process industries and can be found in almost every industrial site and office block.

Whether your system is essential for removing process gasses from your production area or to keep your working environment at a comfortable temperature, reliability and minimum maintenance are key.

ERIKS has a range of products and services for HVAC maintenance and manufacturing, for facilities managers and OEM’s including motors, inverters, belts, pulleys, filters, shaft repair and balancing and bearings.

Selecting the right bearing arrangement for your fan application is critical to ensuring trouble free, efficient and reliable operation. Bearings can be selected for ease of maintenance or to ensure availability if fans are idle for long periods, i.e. back up units and we can also help you upgrade your bearing arrangement to increase speed and load if you suddenly need more from your system, for example you can increase your production rate and have a higher flow rate.

Rolling bearings are inherently energy efficient, they exist to carry load and reduce frictional losses but the right selection can further lower energy consumption and increase operating efficiency.  With cutting edge bearing arrangements to help improve performance, cut failures and reduce maintenance, talk to the experts.

Key products and solutions:

Revolvo SRB
Revolvo Split Roller Bearings (SRB)
Fully split to the shaft Housed Cylindrical Roller Bearings with brass cages, perfect for trapped applications, where surrounding equipment would have to be removed (couplings, motors, gearboxes etc) to fit a normal bearing.  With brass cages and seals which move with the bearing during misalignment to ensure no sealing gap occurs, SRB’s are ideal for heavy duty and contaminated applications.
SKF CARB Toroidal Roller Bearings
CARB (compact aligning roller bearings) are toroidal roller bearings that combine the self-aligning capability of spherical roller bearings with the axial displacement ability of cylindrical roller bearings. Used in the free/floating position where shaft expansion is expected between two spherical roller bearings, they prevent cross location when the free bearing sticks in the housing.
Automatic delivery of lubricant to a single point for up to 12 months requiring no external power source.  Ideal for use inside cabinets where opening to re-lubricate requires isolating the fan.
