We are pleased to announce that ERIKS UK have been awarded a Top Employer Award for 2015!
For the third year running, ERIKS have been recognised for their high standards of Working Conditions, Learning and Development Programmes, Career Development and Culture Management. The award also commended the many employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives offered within the company and ERIKS’ approach to being a responsible business.
Achieving this award for 2015 is recognition of the hard work that goes in to ensuring that these initiatives are in place and are of a high standard. We would like to thank all ERIKS employees involved in the delivery of our award winning training, those that have supported the ERIKS Graduates and for all Managers’ continued support of the Apprentices across the business — to name but a few of the opportunities and programmes that we continue to develop and provide.
The Top Employer award was received by Helen Hill - ERIKS Group Employee Wellbeing Manager and Joanne Ball — ERIKS Learning & Development Manager at the official Top Employer ceremony held on the 27th February.
