ERIKS is to move its Slough Service Centre into its nearby Product Business Unit for Industrial Hose Technology, streamlining customer care by bringing two valued local engineering services under one roof. The Slough Service Centre is a key location for ERIKS, serving a strong customer base not only in Berkshire but within West London, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Surrey. The newly combined service centre will provide the local ERIKS team with a much more efficient base from which to enhance operations and build for the future.
The move marks another development in the growth of ERIKS in Slough, which recently expanded its capacity with the addition of the ERIKS Airport Service Centre, previously based at Heathrow, and is one of many recent developments that have seen ERIKS UK enhance its offer by providing greater customer access to its increasing range of services. The ERIKS Slough Service Centre will begin trading from the newly integrated site on 6th February 2012.
