We are delighted to announce that our 10/10 Challenge of 2013 was honoured with the BUPA Workwell Engagement & Wellbeing Award at the Business in the Community (BITC) Responsible Business Awards Ceremony.
The UK's longest running and most respected awards championing responsible businesses and their practices, honours those organisations (from SME's through to Multi-Nationals) who are stimulating local economies, addressing skills shortages and creating healthier and happier employees.
Rigorously assessed by business peers from all sectors, the Responsible Business Awards encourage and celebrate the responsible business movement across the UK.
The ERIKS 10/10 Challenge was acknowledged with a Big Tick Award for it's enthusiastic approach at engaging colleagues across all roles within the Company, the support of it's Management Team and the design and management of the 10/10 by the Corporate HR Officer (Helen Hill) and the Marketing Team (Sarah Evans & Hannah Johnston).
We are thrilled at this acknowledgement and want to thank all of those that took part in helping us create an award winning initiative!
A special mention to Calor Gas, our Sister Company through SHV, who also were successful in achieving a Big Tick Award acknowledged for their Rural Energy Initiative.
